The milling workshop uses 1 ton of fixed-point casting intermediate frequency melting furnace for hydrogenation milling. The medium frequency furnace uses a power source different from the power frequency electric furnace. The input heater generates an induction current to inductively heat an object in the boiler. The temperature of the furnace can reach up to 1400 ¡ãC, and the intermediate frequency hydrogenation can be activated by high temperature and high vacuum, the hydrogenation effect is remarkable, the cycle is short, and the production volume is large.
The process of hydrogenation of a 1 ton fixed-point medium frequency melting furnace is as follows:
(1) Hydrogenation is to charge the material into the mash and then into the hydrogenation furnace; start the mechanical pump and the diffusion pump, vacuum the vacuum to a vacuum of no more than 0.133 Pa, and after 30 minutes, check for leaks and leak detection. The air leakage rate is not more than 0.266 Pa/min; the power supply is heated to 700~800 ¡ãC, and the temperature is kept for 1-2 hours; the hydrogen is supplied to the furnace, the hydrogen pressure is maintained at 78-98 Kpa; the diffusion pump is stopped, and the mechanical pump is stopped after 30 minutes. , power off cooling for more than 12 hours.
(2) Hydrogenation, the operation from charging to power feeding is similar to that of electric resistance furnace hydrogenation. The power is raised to 1200 ¡ã C, the temperature is kept for 1 hour, the temperature is lowered to 800-540 ¡ã C, and hydrogen is supplied to the furnace; the power is cooled, the diffusion pump and the mechanical pump are stopped.
