1. The demand side provides water, electricity and gas to the general interface of the equipment. The internal connection and auxiliary materials of the equipment are provided and implemented by the supplier.

2. During the installation process, the supplier sends an electrical engineer to the site to guide the installation.

3. Before the equipment is installed, the supplier shall provide a full set of equipment installation size requirements and external connection requirements in accordance with Article 6, paragraph 1 .

4. The supplier is responsible for equipment commissioning, and the user shall provide all necessary support in addition to the supplier equipment.

5. During the commissioning process, the supplier shall send at least two electrical engineers to be responsible for equipment commissioning, and at the same time dispatch a technical person in charge to coordinate with the demanding party.

6. During the installation and commissioning process, the supplier personnel comply with the buyer's factory management system, obey the user's organization, and keep the technical drawings and production processes of the buyer and the user confidential.

7. After the equipment is qualified, the supplier technician provides the on-site commissioning report.

1T medium frequency melting furnace technical service              

1. Provide technical documents and materials to the acquirer or the user in accordance with the provisions in Section 6 “Technical Data Delivery”.

2. Provide the demander or the user with a list of the main components and materials of the equipment, and provide the main component purchase channels.

3. Train the operation and maintenance personnel for the user according to the provisions in Section 6 “Personnel Training” and provide permanent technical consultation.

4. Within the service life of the equipment, the supplier is responsible for arranging the equipment maintenance service records or responding to the technical advice submitted by the user, and filing it with the technical person in charge of the user in December of each year .

5. After the equipment is accepted, the supplier shall retain at least one technician's monitoring equipment for use, and the monitoring time is 3 days.

6. Within one year after the acceptance of the equipment, the supplier is responsible for solving the abnormality of equipment quality free of charge, and the response time is < 36 hours (except for irresistible factors).

7. After the equipment is inspected for one year and up to the service life of the equipment, the maintenance cost of the supplier is only charged for the maintenance cost. The maintenance cost is composed of the maintenance personnel travel expenses, the wages during the outing period, and the cost of replacing the equipment.
