2.2 Function overview:
The rare metal distillation purification process is as follows: first use a high vacuum system to maintain a furnace vacuum of about 0.5Pa, and at a constant temperature of 1000C, the material on the tray is distilled to remove other impurities; then it is cooled with the furnace, and at the same time In order to improve production efficiency, inert gas can be introduced to accelerate the cooling of the material when cooling with the furnace.
