The furnace temperature of the high-temperature muffle furnace is generally measured with a thermocouple and displayed on the temperature control meter. The temperature measurement ring can also be used to measure the temperature of the muffle furnace. During the measurement, put the temperature measuring ring in the corundum sagger and put the lid into the furnace, and then start to raise the temperature. After reaching the set value, keep it warm for 1 hour and then cool the electric furnace. After the furnace cools down, open the lid of the sagger and take out the temperature measuring ring.
Use a micrometer to measure the diameter of the temperature measuring ring several times, take the average value, and read the temperature against the comparison table of the temperature measuring ring. Then record it. It is more accurate to measure the temperature with a temperature measuring ring. It is often used for temperature calibration of high-temperature muffle furnaces and also for measuring the temperature field of muffle furnaces.
In addition, if the high temperature muffle furnace has a constant temperature timing function, click the ¡°set¡± button of the muffle furnace to enter the temperature setting state, the upper row of the display window displays the prompt ¡°SP¡±, and the lower row displays the temperature setting value (first The place value flashes), the modification method is the same as above; click the ¡°set¡± button again to enter the constant temperature time setting state, the upper row of the display window displays the prompt ¡°ST¡±, the lower row displays the constant temperature time setting value (first place value flashes ); Click the ¡°Set¡± button again to exit this setting state, and the modified set value will be automatically saved.
When the constant temperature time is set to ¡°0¡±, it means that the muffle furnace has no timing function, and the controller runs continuously, and the lower row of the display window displays the temperature set value; when the set time is not ¡°0¡±, the lower row of the display window displays running Time or temperature setting value. When the running time is displayed, the ¡°running time¡± character lights up, and when the measured temperature reaches the set temperature, the timer starts timing, the ¡°running time¡± character flashes, the counted time is up, the operation ends, and the display is displayed ¡°End¡± is displayed in the lower row of the window, and the buzzer will beep for 1 minute and then stop beeping. After the operation is over, long press the ¡°decrease¡± key for 3 seconds to restart the operation.
