Regular inspection and maintenance content (once a week)  

(1) Check the connection terminals, intermediate frequency capacitors, bronze plates and bolts of the reactor of the control circuit. Fasten in time if it is loose.  

(2) Clean the oxide scale inside and outside the lower furnace frame. Eliminate dust in the power cabinet, especially outside the thyristor core.  

(3) Replace aging and cracked water pipes and rubber in time.
