The unit power consumption of steel plate induction heating furnace has a lot to do with the heating mode. Generally speaking, the working mode of steel plate heating equipment can be divided into the following three situations:

1. The continuous heating method of the steel plate induction heating furnace ensures the stable heating temperature of the steel plate and achieves the purpose of energy saving and high efficiency

2. The steel plate induction heating furnace is heated intermittently. This heating method is aimed at small batch production and has high energy consumption.

3. Intermittent heating of steel plate induction heating furnace. For induction heating equipment, this heating method is not recommended in principle.

Therefore, the steel plate induction heating furnace should be arranged for centralized and continuous heating as much as possible to reduce power consumption.
