    The induction copper melting furnace is made up of medium frequency power cabinet, water-cooled cable, furnace body and reducer. The equipment is widely used in melting,casting of metals such as iron, steel, aluminum, copper, alloys, etc.    
     

     Advantages of the Induction Copper Melting Furnace:

    1. Power factor maintains above 0.96 in the whole process, without need of additional compensation device. 2. Effective control of higher harmonics, does not interfere with the surrounding electrical equipment, and not pollute the power grid.
     
    3. Wide range of frequency adaption, stays at best resonant state in the whole melting process.        
     
    4. Soft-start mode zero-voltage scan, you can startup or stop the machine at any state or any time, without impact on the power supply.
