    Raw material:steel scrap

    1. Using 4 sets of 5t intermediate frequency furnace to melt the raw material scrap into molten steel, the output reaches 280t-300t/shift. (Intermediate frequency furnace specification 1.02 coil, input voltage 1000v; transformer 3150v becomes 1000v)

    2. The molten steel is transported to the continuous casting machine by the ladle, and then the molten steel is poured. The 70mm-120mm billet is produced through the vibration mechanism, the tension leveler, the guide roller, the adjusting roller and the hydraulic shear. The machine pull speed is 1.5-2.5m/min (the continuous casting machine specifications 6m arc one machine first-class)

    3. The drawn steel billet is transported to the 430 three-roller billet rolling mill for 7 times by the conveying roller. (The 430 rolling mill motor is AC 800kw; the rolling mill linear speed is 3m/s)

    4. The rolled parts are transported to the finishing mill by the conveying roller to 8 consecutive rolling, and the qualified finished products are rolled out to pass the flying shears to the stepping cooling bed on the preparation scale. The rolled parts are cooled by the stepping cooling bed and then grouped. The cut piece is cut to length, and the rolled piece is fixed and packed into the warehouse by packing and moving steel. Finished K1 line speed 10-12m / s. (6 sets of finishing mill 300 rolling mills, 2 280 rolling mills, one motor is 450kw, one AC 400kw, one DC 500kw, one DC 630kw)
