1.5 Ton cast iron melting induction furnace is made up of IF power cabinet, water-cooled cable, furnace body and hydraulic station. The equipment is widely used in smelting,casting of metals such as iron, steel, aluminum, copper, etc.
1.5 T iron melting furnace advantages:
1. Power factor maintains above 0.96 in the whole process, without need of additional compensation device.
2. Effective control of higher harmonics, does not interfere with the surrounding electrical equipment, and not pollute the power grid.
3. Wide range of frequency adaption, stays at best resonant state in the whole melting process.
