    Scientific transformation method of induction melting furnace

    The furnace body of the induction melting furnace includes a furnace shell. The bottom of the furnace shell is provided with a furnace bottom plate and furnace bottom refractory bricks. The upper part of the furnace shell has a furnace mouth, a furnace mouth refractory brick, and a furnace panel fixedly connected with the furnace shell. The furnace shell is made of aluminum alloy, and the furnace floor and furnace mouth are made of cement asbestos board. The aluminum alloy has poor mechanical properties and poor high temperature resistance (melting point 700°C) and poor impact resistance, which makes the induction melting furnace body high in cost and short in service life. Cement asbestos boards are not resistant to impact, have very poor seismic performance, are easy to crack, fragile, and have a short service life. Generally, they must be replaced in about 2 months. In addition, furnace bottom refractory bricks and furnace mouth refractory bricks also have the disadvantage of high cost.

        The purpose of the transformation is to overcome the above shortcomings and provide an improved induction melting furnace body.

        The transformation provides a furnace body of an induction melting furnace, which includes a furnace nozzle and a furnace shell. The bottom of the furnace shell is provided with a furnace bottom plate and a furnace bottom refractory layer. The upper part of the furnace shell is provided with a furnace mouth plate, a furnace mouth refractory layer, and the furnace shell. The integrated furnace panel and the short and long screws and nuts connecting the furnace shell and the furnace body are characterized in that the furnace panel and the furnace mouth plate are made of alloy steel. The impact resistance and earthquake resistance of the furnace mouth plate are improved, not easy to be broken, not easy to crack, the service life is greatly extended, and the cost is greatly reduced.

    The furnace shell and the furnace bottom plate are made of alloy steel, and the furnace mouth refractory layer and the furnace bottom refractory layer are prefabricated drawings of reinforced cement. The furnace shell and the furnace bottom plate are made of alloy steel, so that the service life of the furnace shell of the induction melting furnace body is prolonged, the cost is reduced, and it can be used for 3 to 5 years. Improve the impact resistance and earthquake resistance of the furnace floor, not easy to break, not easy to crack, and greatly extend the service life.

The short and long screws and nuts connecting the furnace shell and the furnace body are made of stainless steel. The original short and long screws and nuts connecting the furnace shell and the furnace body are made of brass, and the cost of brass is higher than that of stainless steel.

        The above-mentioned burner nozzle is formed by stainless steel welding and then built with furnace sand.

        The transformation has the following characteristics:

        The furnace panel and the furnace shell have a long service life and low cost. The furnace bottom plate and the furnace mouth plate have good impact resistance and seismic performance, not fragile, not easy to crack, long service life, low cost, reinforced cement prefabricated drawings and short and long stainless steel Both the screw and the nut have the characteristics of low cost.
