1T induction melting furnace frame requirements

The frame of the 1T induction melting furnace is divided into two parts: movable and fixed.

The movable furnace frame is also called the furnace shell, which is used to install the induction coil and the magnetic yoke. It is made of steel plate rolled and welded, and adopts a fully enclosed squirrel cage frame structure. The operating platform on the top of the movable grate adopts thickened steel plate (above 15m thick) to improve the strength and load-bearing capacity of the grate. The peripheral worktable is made of 6mm patterned steel plate to ensure that it can be kept flat and not deformed in long-term use, and the noise on the furnace work platform is less than 85dB.

The top of the movable stove frame is the stove cover. It is driven hydraulically by oil. In order to ensure the reliability of the operation of the furnace cover, its lifting and rotation are driven by two independent oil cylinders.

There is a fixed flange at the bottom of the movable furnace frame, which is used to connect the furnace lining quick push-out device.

The fixed frame of the 1T induction melting furnace is installed on the foundation to carry the movable frame. The upper part of the fixed furnace frame is connected with a tilting shaft and the movable furnace frame. Under the push of the tilting oil cylinder, the movable furnace frame can be tilted forward by 95°. At the bottom of the tilting furnace cylinder, there is an anti-rupture speed limiting shut-off valve. In the process of furnace tilting, if the oil pipe ruptures, the anti-rupture speed-limiting shut-off valve will act to close the oil return oil circuit of the oil tank and stop the electric furnace in place.

The tilting furnace cylinder adopts the form of upright placement and dust cover to prevent foreign matter from entering and causing damage to the cylinder.

The frame part of the 1T induction melting furnace is designed with a large safety factor. Ensure that the furnace frame has sufficient rigidity and runs smoothly when carrying the maximum load.
